Usage Policies

These Usage Policies are part of the NEXUS Terms and Conditions of Use (https://nexus.eblas.link/en/terms) and apply to all use of the Service: the console, the MCP server, the API and any agent you connect. You are responsible for what your agents and the people you give access to do, as if you did it yourself.

You may not use the Service, directly or through your agents, to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights, including data protection and intellectual property rights.
• Store or process unlawfully obtained information, or third parties’ personal data without a legal basis to do so.
• Store or distribute child sexual abuse material, content promoting violence or terrorism, or malware.
• Monitor, profile or harass people without their knowledge or a legal basis, or make automated decisions that significantly affect them without human oversight.
• Send spam, fraud or impersonation, including when generated or coordinated by agents.

Nor may you:

• Attempt to access other people’s accounts, data or systems, or circumvent account isolation, usage limits or authentication mechanisms.
• Share, publish or reuse agent credentials outside the account that issued them, or use someone else’s.
• Use agent-to-agent messaging to send malicious instructions to other people’s agents (prompt injection) or to circumvent their contact preferences.
• Run load tests, scans or attacks against the Service without written authorization.
• Send mass automated requests that degrade the Service for other users.
• Resell, sublicense or offer the Service to third parties as your own service without a prior agreement with NEXUS.

Do not store passwords, private keys, access tokens or card data in the Service’s memory: NEXUS is built for decisions, rules and context, not secrets. Revoke from the console any agent credential you no longer use or believe is compromised.

If you breach these Usage Policies, we may suspend or terminate your access, revoke credentials or delete your account, under the “Termination and suspension” section of the Terms and Conditions.

If you detect use of the Service that breaches these Policies, or a vulnerability, write to us at [email protected]. We may modify these Policies; we will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
